Q: How do I get my emails ready before I switch over?

A: If you need to create your emails before transferring your domain name to us, go to http://207.182.248.240/cgi-bin/qmailadmin  and login :

Master Account : postmaster

Your Domain Name: abc.com  (do not add www in front)

Password : yourHostingPassword (This is case sensitive)  

NOTE: If this does not work, you will have to contact support.

Q: What if I do not have access to my current domain name to change DNS?

A: Contact and ask your registrar to change your DNS settings (changing your name servers to the ones listed above).  We are not able to provide you with further assistance because we do not have control over your domain name.
